Cecilia Nordenstam
Cecilia Nordenstam is a professional poker player and a Swedish stunner at the same time. She finished several times in the money at EPT and WPT Events and gained some attention by finishing in the money in 3 out of 4 events (34th, 13th and 5th) at the 2005 Five-Star World Poker Classic.
Nordenstam got into poker through her job as a poker dealer in a casino in her hometown Stockholm. She learned playing poker during her time as a dealer, but moved up to higher stakes when she met her boyfriend and professional poker player Alexander Stevic. He learned her the ins and outs and staked her for higher games.
Cecilia had her biggest poker accomplishments in 2005 and was a bit off the radar after 2006. Last year however, she participated in the Partypoker.com Women’s World Open III in London and finished fourth for $10,000. We hope she will show her face more often at the tables in the future…
